We are looking for a Registered Nurse- 3rd shift supervisor to join our clinically strong team!
RN Responsibilities
Assess and monitor residents' conditions and report changes as needed.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Complete accurate clinical documentation in PointClickCare .
Perform routine nursing procedures and respond to medical emergencies.
Supervise and provide direction to Nursing Assistants.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Maintain infection-control, safety, and facility standards.
Participate in required in-services and ongoing education.
