Partners Personnel is seeking reliable Packing Associates to join a food manufacturing facility in Belleville, IL. This position works in a fast-paced food production environment packaging food products at a table-based workstation.
Job Title: Production Packing Associate Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon - Thurs, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pack food products into plastic containers at a table-based workstation • Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift • Maintain steady production pace to meet daily goals • Check products to ensure packaging and quality standards are met • Keep work area clean and organized • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures • Wear required PPE including hairnet, beard net (if applicable), and lab coat/smock
• At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or packing experience preferred • Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift • Must be comfortable performing repetitive work in one assigned workstation • Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed • Must have reliable transportation • No jewelry permitted in production area
