Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT / MLS / CLS)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluids using advanced laboratory methods.

Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-tech laboratory equipment to ensure accurate performance.

Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

• Analyze and interpret laboratory data and work closely with healthcare providers to support effective patient care.

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through regular quality control and audit procedures.

Team Support & Mentorship

• Offer guidance and leadership to lab technicians while promoting a collaborative and safety-focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
• New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and instrumentation
• Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
