Job Description

Detail-oriented and organized, the remote Accounts Payable Associate will manage the day-to-day accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and vendor payments while maintaining accurate financial records. Key responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and payments accurately, ensuring proper approvals and documentation Maintain vendor records and support month-end close processes through reconciliations and financial reporting Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting fundamentals Experience using accounting software; NetSuite experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
